What it is

IKP is a free public patient account. If you have a PESEL number, your account already exists and no separate registration is needed.

Why check it before your consultation

IKP lets you review your prescription history, medicine names, and doses. This information can help you describe current and previous treatment more accurately to the doctor.

How to sign in

You can sign in with Profil Zaufany, a supported bank, an e-ID, or the mObywatel app. If you do not have Profil Zaufany, you can create one using the official instructions.

Signing in to IKP does not automatically share data with Doktorio Medical. Access for a doctor is granted separately. You can prepare medical documents instead of using IKP data.
