No. An IKP account is not required to receive an e-prescription through our online consultation. However, if the user already has IKP access, prescriptions and treatment history may also be visible there.

Payment for the online consultation covers the doctor's time, work, and medical assessment of the submitted information, regardless of the final decision on treatment or medical documents.
