Programme privacy notice

How Doktorio uses the data needed for the programme and future appointments.

Scope and purposes

We process contact, date-of-birth, identity, address, eligibility, payment and programme data to verify participation, maintain the profile, handle payment, prepare the programme, support safety and meet legal obligations.

Data protection

Identity, address and sensitive questionnaire data are stored in encrypted form. Access is limited to authorised processes and people. Doktorio does not store these details in browser storage or page URLs.

Medfile

We do not synchronise the onboarding profile to Medfile in the background. Only the necessary data are sent to Medfile when Doktorio creates a specific appointment. Appointment records are then processed under the rules applicable to medical care.

We use cookies for site operation, Stripe payments, Google Analytics 4 traffic analysis, and optional marketing activity.
