Health answers support a preliminary programme suitability check and preparation of the next stage. They do not replace an examination or an individual medical decision.
Data minimisation
Before payment we collect only what is needed for eligibility and purchase. Identity and address details are added after payment in the protected patient panel.
Medical records
Data needed for medical records are used in connection with specific care or an appointment. Programme onboarding alone does not create an appointment record in Medfile.
